Ephesians – Week 5
It’s no secret that the world we live in is one that is full of division, prejudice, and brokenness. It’s impossible to not see the realities of disunity that sin has created in the world. It’s not the way the world was meant to be, yet we all stand in the gap between sin entering the world and the day Jesus comes back to make all things new.
As Christians redeemed by the blood of Jesus and transformed by the Holy Spirit, what is the role we are charged to play in the world today? What does scripture say about pursuing unity together and being a light in a dark world? What can we do to show the light and hope of the gospel to those around us? We’ll open Ephesians again this week and see what exhortation Paul has for us to live lives pursuing unity and hopefulness.
