“En Route Ensemble” - Evangelistic BBQ in Lille, France. For over 25 years, Christians in France have blessed their neighbors in multiple towns with free food, streetentertainment and the Good News of Jesus Christ. Every summer, the churches get together with people from around the world to host “En Route Ensemble”(traveling together), a BBQ in the middle of town. Our role in this summertime event will be to provide the music and kids' activities in a festival-like atmosphere (face painting, balloon animal sculpting, arts & crafts like bracelets). We will provide the attractions so that the French Christians can engage in spiritual conversations. Additional opportunities also includeserving the meals, monitoring the safety of the team, advertising the event, as well as setting up and taking down.
Information Meetings:
May 10 & 31, 2026 at 10:15 on Sunday morning between services in the lobby. Topics will include how to raise funds for the trip expense, information on Passports and Vaccinations, an overview of our training process and how to determine if God is calling you to go on this trip.
Training Dates:
Friday, July 10, 2026 - 6:00 pm-9:00 pm (Teamwork & Team Building / Travel & Packing)
Saturday, July 11, 2026 -9:00 am-12:00 pm (Language & Culture / Ministry Preparation)
Cost:
$2500 - Do not let cost be a determining factor as you answer God’s call on your life or this mission trip. You will receive training to raise support for this amount.

June 8, 2026 - Sign-up (a 10% deposit is due with your application)
July 12, 2026 - 100% Funds Due
Sept. 6, 2026 - Team report to church
