GLORY & HOPE
God has redeemed us to join him on his mission to bring glory to his name and his people to himself. As his son or daughter, God weaves his Gospel into our lives — drawing us closer to him as we serve our church and community in acts of profound worship.
Glory & Hope is a four-week small group experience. It’s a conversational environment designed for you to explore different aspects of life in Jesus Christ.
We created this material to help unify us as a church family and see our hearts shaped by the Bible, prayer, and worship for the glory of God and our joy.
Glory to God and hope to all!
FOUR-WEEK CURRICULUM

Our primary goal in this session is to help each person grasp the full scope of the Gospel—God’s redemptive plan to rescue us from the penalty (justification) and power (sanctification) of sin. We never outgrow our need for the Gospel.

Prayer is more than a spiritual habit—it’s a gift rooted in the Gospel. In this session, we’ll explore how Jesus opens the way for restored communication with God, leading us into a growing and obedient relationship with him.

Participants will be encouraged in this session to approach the Bible with confidence. By learning to engage Scripture with both curiosity and trust, we grow in our understanding of God and his purposes.

A life of worship goes far beyond Sunday mornings. This session focuses on how following Christ means submitting every area of life to him, turning ordinary moments into meaningful expressions of devotion.
NEXT STEPS
The end of Glory & Hope is just another step in your spiritual journey. In your journey, the number of steps can be more important than the size of the steps. You find the most profound spiritual growth in a long-term commitment in the same direction – small, obedient steps more than dramatic leaps of faith.
God is always at work in your life, and your next step at Briarcliff Church is part of that journey. Take a few moments to explore the opportunities designed to help you grow in faith and deepen your walk with Him.
Spiritual Pathways are a tool to help you discover the ways you most naturally draw close to God. There are nine distinct pathways, and most people find themselves resonating most strongly with one or two.
To better determine how to grow, we must first be honest about our current reality. We must ask the questions, “What type of disciple am I today?” and, “How can I grow as a disciple?” The Personal Discipleship Plan tool will help you identify areas of strength and needed growth.
We value the ways you live out your faith. This short survey is an opportunity to reflect on your work, your places of service, and how they matter in God’s greater story.
