Introduction
The New City Catechism is a discipleship resource our church family can use together to grow in a deeper understanding of Godโs truth and the hope of the gospel. Through simple questions and answers rooted in Scripture, it helps believers of all ages learn the core beliefs of the Christian faith in a clear and meaningful way. Each weekโs question invites us to slow down, reflect, discuss, and remember the truths that shape our worship, daily lives, and identity in Christ. Whether used personally, with family, or in community, the catechism is meant to encourage ongoing spiritual formation and a shared foundation of faith across our church.
The full New City Catechism includes 52 questions that walk through the foundational truths of the Christian faith. During Summer 2026, however, our church will focus on 11 selected questions together. These questions will help guide our teaching, reflection, and conversations throughout the summer as we grow in our understanding of God, ourselves, and the gospel.
